Instructions for Canadian Account Holders

ACTION REQUIRED: Due to Canadian anti-spam regulations, individuals with a Canadian address or email must now opt-in to receive emails from the AOS. We don’t want you to miss out on AOS News, Alerts, and important announcements, so please opt-in.

To do this, take these steps in the Member Portal:

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT*

*This step is only required for those logging in to the Member Portal for the first time. If you can already log in to the Member Portal, please skip to Step 2.

1) Register your account using the Registration page.

2) Enter your email address and click REGISTER ACCOUNT.

3) If your email is already in the system, you will receive an email with a confirmation link to verify your address and set up  your username and password. If you do not receive your confirmation link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

4) If your email is not already in the system, you will be asked to create a username and password for your new account.

5) Enter the required information to set up your portal account, including your login information, and click REGISTER ACCOUNT. Your account should now be active and ready to use!

 

STEP 2: OPT-IN TO EMAIL

1) Click “Address Book” under the Account Actions menu on the right side of the User Home page.

2) Click “Yes, I want to receive emails” in the Manage Canadian Email Preferences box.

NOTE: Failure to Opt-In will prohibit you from receiving any notices, alerts or communications from AOS.
